Terms & Conditions - Surat Diamond Offer The guest should redeem the Vouchers for booking on or before 30th September 2011 and travel up to 31st March 2012 The Vouchers can be redeemed only upon purchase of Kingfisher Holiday Package. The Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash Kingfisher Holidays will not pay the balance amount if guest books holiday for lesser value than the mentioned amount Package once booked cannot be cancelled. If guest wish to change the booking, the rebooking charges should be paid by the guest. The guest will get discount on the Kingfisher Holiday Package only for the amount as mentioned in the Voucher. Any amount over and above the value of the package should be borne by the guest Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be settled by the guest with Surat Diamonds. KFA will bear no responsibility and/or be liable for resolving such disputes All benefits offered under the Kingfisher Holiday Package is subject to confirmation at the time of redemption of Vouchers The above Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the additional terms and conditions of the Kingfisher Holiday Package which shall be applicable to this Offer This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer KFA and /or Surat Diamonds reserve the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this arrangement or any benefit arising out of this arrangement at their sole discretion without any prior notice and any liability or obligation in this regard To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law.
